Bob! The Cougar is looking pretty good, but where are the guns???? These airplanes had four very prominent gun muzzles grouped together in the nose. Including the guns would not only make it “scaler”, but would also provide another opportunity for weathering.
Bob, very nice job on the cougar. My question is when are you going to get together with Butch and lay up the wing spar mold, I’m very interested in seeing that proceedure. Continued good luck on your project., and thanks for sharing it with us. Jerry
Looks good Bob. I was thinking about exhaust soot on the fuselage bottom (under the rudder) behind the engine where the hot gasses would rise during start up and shut down of the engine. Catman brought up a good point about the addition of the guns. Can’t have a fighter without guns, that would be a runner not a fighter. Keep up the good work, and thanks for the education Professor Bob.
