    Hi Bob,

    I’m sure your going to hear this from others. You should make an alignment key for the wings to slide into. It doesn’t need to be made bullet proof, just something to align the wings when trying to run the bolts/screws in. I would suggest a triangle wedge cut out of the aluminum on the end, centered top to bottom. You could use the cut out piece as the key for the wing to slip onto. This would give you the alignment needed and help take the weight off your arm when trying to run the bolt/screws in. Just a thought.
