I would like to know how the plug for each part was made. Was it made either from 3D part form surface data ? (How would you obtain that data?) or was it done by scaling from photos and making templates at pre determined intervals ? I am a mold maker in the automotive plastics industry . We used to make models using hand made layups off of the plugs supplied by each by each auto manufacturers. Those layups would be used on copy machines that would cut the steel injection molds 20 years ago. Now it is 3D part data from the automotive manufacturer modelled by computer programming at the mold shop to directly into mold data. This 3d mold data has added all the required flanges and holes etc. added to the basic part form data. Using this most modern way no plugs are ever made any more. .How is it that you make the Plugs ( or master models) ffor these planes?
    Thanks
