    How hard is the nose gear to move without power? Since it’s not a screw/worm drive, you may have it collapse when pushing it around unpowered.
    Another thing, the 2lb weight may not be a good test for holding or working power. Think about a 45lb plane landing\taking off and encountering a small obstruction, rock or similar. The force on the front wheel will be a lot more than 2lbs when it going down the runway. Will the servo be able to hold it in place? You should measure how much holding force the servo has when force is applied at the wheel. See if it can overcome the load put on it during landing or takeoff.
