    Hi Bob,
    Why cant you use latex or silicone caulk to fill the gap? Seems like it would be easier and quicker. Put it on with a caulk gun, scrape the excess off with a straightt edge, Bam! your done.

    HI BOB, I HAVE A ? TO ASK YOU. BANNANA HOBBY HAS A F-16 FOAMY WITH RETRACTS, IT HAS A 70mm DUCTED FAN LOOKS PRETTY SCALE TO ME. HOW CAN I FIBERGLASS IT AND WHAT OZ. CLOTH. COULD I USE EPOXY WITH THE CLOTH TO COVER IT. I PLAN ON MAKING THE WINGS OUT OF BALSA AND GLASSING THEM, ALSO THE TAILFEATHERS. I WANT TO REDO THE COCKPIT ALSO. I FLY 3-D AIR PLANES BUT MY REAL PASSION IS JETS. JUST CANOT AFORD THE BIG ONES. WOULD GLASSING IT MAKE IT TO HEAVY? IF SO HOW CAN I MAKE THE SKIN OF THE BIRD LOOK REAL AND NOT LIKE FOAM.
