Looks like the Thud is coming along nicely, as did the Cougar and your several new ready-made Chinese jets, but we’ve seen no reports much less any progress on the B-1 in several months. Has the project died? Is it technically a bridge too far and just too hard to do? You’d think all those people from around the world who contributed money to the project to see it fly would feel short-changed if all they get for their support is a t-shirt and an occasional static display. Maybe it’s time to change the name of your site from the B-1 Project to Bob’s Jet Factory or something like that.
The B-1 is not dead or never will be. The bomber is pretty much done, it just needs some pretty damm expensive parts. So in order to get these parts, Bob is doing some paid projects. If you would like to speed this process up, please visit the donation page and submit a payment of $1,000+. Anyone else asking about the B-1, please refer to F-105 #1 Video. And yes, this site will be the future site for big ass RC jets. Lets see the Chineese do this.
